Buying Or Selling A Home In Todays Coronavirus Environment
As it stands right now, Gov. Newsom has ordered all Californians to stay in and not take any chances of being exposed to the coronavirus. How do you continue your home search or list your home in today's market?
I am going to follow all safety precautions to ensure all my clients are safe. This includes one on one personal meetings or signings in person at the office.
Here is what I am doing to continue to work for my clients;
1. Listings will continue and all showings will be by appointment only with vacant homes only. If the home is occupied or vacant, the home will be both available for viewing by on line video.
2. To be very clear, if a home is occupied, then there will be no showing of the home unless by video.
3. No hand shakes and try not to touch door handles or surfaces of the home.
4. If we are able to view a vacant home, then I strongly suggest you use hand sanitizer, clorox wipes or masks (if available).
If you are able to put off your home search for a few more weeks , then I suggest this course. If you are in need to make the move to buy or sell, then we will follow the necessary precautions outlined above.
