I feel like a broken record to say this, but on Monday this week we had the highest number of pending contracts for any day in the Sacramento Region so far in 2020. It's been ten weeks now where we've seen pendings rebound after a sharp drop when the pandemic began. There is a very noticeable difference in sales volume too since these pendings are finally starting to close. In fact, we had the highest week of volume this past week since early March.
