Such a news pushes consumer confidence to rise, and paints the real estate market purely green. However, #homebuyers would like to know--have lenders stopped using "Robo-Signers?" Lenders' use of Robo-Signers made the number of foreclosures to be abnormally too high during the financial crisis period dating back to 2007, according to msnbc.com news services.
