"Robo-Signers" Banned? Foreclosures Decreasing Nationwide

RISMedia had on its headline today, March 20, 2015 the title, "Ü.S. Im titleForeclosure Activity at Lowest Level Since July 2006." Such a news pushes consumer confidence to rise, and paints the real estate market purely green. However, #homebuyers would like to know--have lenders stopped using "Robo-Signers?" Lenders' use of Robo-Signers made the number of foreclosures to be abnormally too high during the financial crisis period dating back to 2007, according to news services.
