We all have that resolution every year to lose just a few more pounds so we can fit into our pants better, or for women that one dress you've always wanted to wear again. It never ceases to amaze me though that many of us; including myself, revert back to those bad habits of binge eating and saying things will be fine tomorrow and we'll continue the diet again. I've been reading some good books by a guy named Tim Ferris who has become the guinea pig of our society and continually tests the boundaries of our limitations.
He had gone on the Dr. Oz show to explain some of the techniques he used to lose an amazing amount of fat and get his body where he wanted it. The great part is that many of his techniques aren't rocket science or even difficult.
